Guy Cyr

I totally agree with your suggestion. One of the biggest deterrant to success is time to develop those relationships. Companies are too focused on the bottom line saving those few labor dollars and cutting the workforce to bare minimum to execute the business. Time is the investment needed to build those relationships.

A second but equally important factor is our communiction plans. We focus on speed / efficiency using electronic means instead of face to face meetings or that causal business lunch where we could gather much needed business intelligence as well as build trust. If we establish a written communication plan, we then can visualize how we communicate and restore the proper balance of electronic means and personal contact.
